We are back with brand new episodes of Ask Georgie. This season Ask Georgie will be a regular segment of the podcast. To kick off the questions I answer “Where is the line between consulting and helping?”
We’ve all heard the saying “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” That’s not 100% true, if you’re only doing what you love all the time with no clear line between helping and consulting there will be major problems.
On this episode of Ask Georgie, I answer the question: EP9 Ask Georgie: What would I go back in time and change?"If you knew what you know now what would you do different/same? "
For the first interview of season 3, I got the chance to chat with Daryl Holman. He talks about struggling as a student and what he and his friends did when they didn’t have enough food or resources. This struggle then led him to create systems and platforms using technology in order to organize ways to share resources.
I know I was holding back my greatness due to fear but once I let that go the opportunities starting coming my way. Listen to this episode to overcome fear, get out your own way, and create opportunities. I also include a special challenge at the end! I hope you accept this challenge and #GetShitDone

On this episode of Ask Georgie, I answer the question: EP5 Ask Georgie: Overcoming Challenges "What was the most challenging moment in your entrepreneurial journey?"
In the summer of 2015, I became a certified wedding officiant. I marketed my service for a little while then got busy with school. I planted a seed. Over this past labor day weekend, I got the opportunity to perform my very first marriage. FOURS YEARS LATER!
If there's one thing I've learned on my entrepreneurial journey is that there is no right or perfect time. JUST DO IT. There are seeds you will plant today but won't reap for 5 or even 10 years. And that's okay because this part of the journey is about planting seeds.
September is here! Only 4 months before we ring in 2020. That means it's time to buckle down and GET SH*T DONE. Don't wait for 1/1/20 aka "New Year, New Me". Each day is an opportunity to plant a new seed that will bring you closer to your dreams.
" The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now."
This fall, I have a lot of amazing things coming up that can help you with planting seeds!
