Our company's values form the foundation of our operations, and it is essential to adhere to these principles in all aspects of our work. There is no such thing as a perfect person or company, but we always consider the impact of our decisions on our community, on society, and on the environment.

We pledge to conduct all business dealings with honesty, integrity, and transparency.

Our content services will always support projects showcasing our community’s intelligence, wit, humor, sex appeal, self-empowerment, and more. This is always to be done in a respectful and inclusive manner.
Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
We reject and condemn all forms of discrimination and bigotry in our content, workplace, and interactions. Anyone experiencing and/or observing these forms is encouraged to bring it to a Partner’s attention. A meeting will, soon after, commence to address this and what will happen next.
Uplifting Youth
We are committed to empowering and uplifting youth through our work, providing opportunities for growth and development. Hosting interns from local schools and teaching them multimedia production skills while offering mentorship opportunities with industry professionals is an absolute joy.

We will maintain clear and achievable goals, ensuring alignment with the objectives of our clients and partners. For example, we create detailed project plans and timelines for each client, outlining specific deliverables, deadlines, and commitments to ensure transparency and accountability throughout GSN’s servicing process.

We continue to collaborate with Black-owned and founded entertainment networks and A/V production companies to produce events such as the Black Podcasting Awards, sponsor non-profits such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and share resources with each other in the industry.
Anti-Corruption
We have a clear stance on not condoning corruption in business and in the workplace. We are against bribery and will not compromise our relationships to let bribery OR corruption take place.

We prioritize the use of cutting-edge equipment and techniques to deliver the highest quality digital content to our clients. Investing in state-of-the-art cameras, audio equipment, and editing software ensures the production of top-quality content for clients, prioritizing excellence in every aspect of multimedia execution: Start to finish.

An example of this is our offering expedited production services for time-sensitive projects while also implementing SEO strategies and social media promotion to enhance the visibility and reach of clients' content.

We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint and contributing to the preservation of our planet. As a creative hub located in Westchester, New York, we are near a very overpopulated American city and so recognize the importance of responsible environmental stewardship in our operations. Therefore, we pledge to adhere to the following Environmental Policy:

We will strive to optimize the use of resources in our production processes, including energy, water, and materials. This includes investing in energy-efficient equipment and technologies, as well as implementing measures to reduce water consumption and waste generation.
Waste Reduction and Recycling
We are committed to minimizing waste generation and promoting recycling wherever feasible. This involves properly segregating and recycling paper, plastics, metals, and other recyclable materials in our studio. Additionally, we will explore opportunities to reduce packaging waste and encourage the use of reusable or recyclable materials.
